2025 Mizzou Rampage Youth Football and Cheerleading Information

Fees and Fundraising:

• Registration Fee: $180  per participant (football or cheerleading). This fee covers:
  • Deposit for equipment.
  • Field rental costs.
  • Game day locations expenses.
  • Administrative costs.
  • Insurance 
• Mandatory Fundraising: $325 per participant (football or cheerleading).
  • The purpose of fundraising is to purchase new or refurbished equipment.
  • Participants (both football players and cheerleaders) will keep the equipment and uniforms provided to them.
• Optional New Football Equipment Purchase:
  • If a player wishes to have brand new equipment, the team will purchase the equipment for the player at 35% of the total cost that the team pays for it. This option is only for football participants.

Practice Information:

• Cheerleading Practice Location: Please visit the Mizzou Rampage website at MizzouRampage.com and click on the "Practice Location" link for the most up-to-date information. The gymnasium at the Kansas City Missouri Police Department East Patrol Division (2640 Prospect Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri 64127) is a potential location, but this is subject to change.

• Practice Start Date: July 28th, 2025.
• Practice Schedule:
  • Pre-Season (starting July 28th): Monday through Friday, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
  • In-Season (after the first game): Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Age Requirements:

• Football and Cheerleading:
  • 5-6       (Flag)
    
  • 7-8                
  •  9-10 
  •  11-12   
  • 13-14   
  • As of July 31st, 2025.

Age Verification:

• Football: Required. Accepted forms of identification are:
  • Real ID.
  • Passport.
  • Military ID.
• Important Notes for Football Age Verification:
  • Birth certificates will not be accepted.
  • All identification must be a hard copy and ready to present at games.
• Cheerleading: Exempt from the age verification policy requiring physical ID at games. However, age verification likely occurs during registration.

Scholastic Eligibility:

• Must have passed at least five classes during the 2024-2025 school year.
• If a participant did not pass five classes, mandatory tutoring will be required one night per week.

Physical Requirement:

• All football players and cheerleaders must have a physical examination by a doctor clearing them to participate.

Season Dates:

• Season Start: August 23rd, 2025.
• Season End: November 15th, 2025.
• Important Note: These dates are subject to change.

Game Admission:

• Home Games: $10 per person.
• Number of Home Games: 4 to 5 (subject to change).
• Season Pass (Home Games Only): $35 per person.
• Away Games: The season pass will not be honored, and attendees will be subject to the gate fee determined by the host team.

Home Game Location:

• East High School, Kansas City, Missouri (1924 Van Brunt Boulevard, Kansas City, Missouri 64127). Game dates are subject to change. Please check the Mizzou Rampage website for the most up-to-date schedule.
